Oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics for Milaor Trading Corporation, a dynamic wholesale/distribution company based in Legazpi.
Develop and implement efficient warehouse standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and optimize logistics processes to meet customer demands.
Lead, train, and manage warehouse staff, conduct performance reviews, and foster a safe, team-oriented work environment.
Collaborate with other company departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes, such as customer sales, order management, accounting, or shipping.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics.
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in warehouse management software (WMS), excellent organizational and leadership skills, understanding of inventory management practices, and knowledge of legal requirements of warehousing.
Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations. Implement operational policies and procedures. Ensure efficient utilization of space and mechanical handling equipment, ensuring the safety of staff.
Working Conditions: Position may require standing, walking, and lifting for long hours in a warehouse environment. Flexibility to adapt to shift changes and the capacity to oversee warehouse operations effectively.
