Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Infor M3 Mid-Level SCM Consultant to join our ERP Application Management Services (AMS) team. The consultant will provide functional support, system maintenance, and process optimization within Infor M3 Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules. The role requires strong supply chain domain knowledge and hands-on Infor M3 experience to ensure efficient operations across client environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional expertise in Infor M3 SCM modules
• Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and change requests within SLA timelines
• Analyze user issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
• Propose and execute configuration changes or process improvements to enhance system performance
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve system integration or data-related issues
• Support core supply chain operations such as procurement, inventory reconciliation, and order fulfillment
• Prepare and maintain documentation, including SOPs, functional specifications, and training materials
• Participate in knowledge sharing sessions and train junior consultants

Requirements / Non-Negotiables

• 4–7 years of hands-on experience with Infor M3 SCM modules
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related discipline
• Strong understanding of key supply chain processes
• Proven experience in application support / AMS environments for Infor M3
• Hands-on experience with incident and service management tools (ServiceNow, Remedy)
• Ability to perform system configuration, testing, and functional troubleshooting
• Exposure to various M3 versions, including Infor M3 Cloud Suite (CE) is a plus
• ITIL Foundation certification or experience in ITIL-based service delivery
• Experience in global / 24x7 AMS support environments
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative
• No short-term job hopping (must have stayed at previous companies ≥1 year)
