Job description:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations for our growing women's fashion brand. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to take ownership, build efficient processes, and grow with a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and support business growth.
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate with vendors to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Coordinate local and international shipments, including importation activities and documentation.
• Ensure timely delivery of products while maintaining quality and cost standards.
• Analyze supply chain performance and prepare reports for management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational and business objectives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or a related field, preferably in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience using ERP systems is an advantage.
• Experience in importation processes and documentation is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and willing to take initiative.
• Experience or a strong interest in the women's fashion or apparel industry is highly preferred.
