ESPHORA-RELATED ACTIVITIES:

• Generates data from SAP and review data accuracy before submission.

• Prepares reports, processes, and updates needed on Esphora workstream.

• Keeps track and accomplish the team’s time tracker.

PLANNING, INVENTORY, AND OPERATIONS:

• Leads the SGL accreditation preparation.

• Keeps track and lead the follow through on SC projects.

• Validates the planning on VAS, AP Net Demand, inbound and outbound

shipments/deliveries.

• Monitors weekly the daily cycle count and reconcile gaps with internal and external

process owners within the month. Ensure closure of action within the current

month.

• Assists on the semi-annual inventory reconciliation.

• Prepares and monitors all costs related to Supply Chain and reports on a monthly

basis.

• Conducts comprehensive cost analysis on Supply Chain spend and propose

mitigation actions.

• Monitors all SC provider billings and ensure timely processing of billings by the

team. Assists in processing and reviewing of billings as necessary.

• Prepares and keep tracks of all SC KPI reports, follow through on closure of action

points, including filing of claims.

• Assists in preparing and retrieval of documents for audit activities.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree, preferably in Supply

Chain/Logistics/Business/ Economics or equivalent.

• At least 3-5 years of working experience in Supply Chain Operations, Warehouse

and Logistics, Inventory management.

• Self-motivated, with good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Able to work independently or within teams. Willing to work longer hours if required.

• Organized, with Project Management experience and result oriented.

• Analytical and data driven. Keen on details.

• Excellent MS Excel, Powerpoint, SAP skills required (particularly in the SD-MM

module).

• Participates in other projects, tasks, and assignments related to Supply Chain

operations.

• Coordination with colleagues and peers within the organization.
