ROLE SUMMARY
The Inventory & Fulfillment Manager is responsible for overseeing, optimizing, and safeguarding the entire inventory life cycle of I-Jin International Inc. — from inbound stock, storage, allocation, replenishment, and movement, to order processing, fulfillment, logistics, loss prevention, and reporting.
This role ensures accurate stockholding, efficient fulfillment lead times, strong cross-department alignment, and zero business disruption across both E-Commerce (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, website) and Offline Trading/Modern Retail (Watsons, SM Beauty, LOOK, RDS, wholesalers, etc.).
This position requires strong operations leadership, analytical thinking, system mastery, problem-solving, and the ability to scale distribution aligned with company growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Inventory Management
- Lead, monitor, and control inventory levels across warehouses, stores, 3PL partners, and consignment locations
- Maintain 99–100% inventory accuracy through cycle counts, monthly audits, and variance analysis
- Implement FIFO/FEFO, aging policies, shrinkage controls, and loss prevention systems
- Review inbound shipments, ASN, receiving reports, and documentation for accuracy
- Develop forecasting models based on historical sales, sell-through, demand planning, and seasonality
- Lead stock reconciliation between actual inventory vs. OMS, WMS, ERP, Ginee, marketplace dashboards, etc.
Fulfillment & Logistics Operations
- Oversee end-to-end order fulfillment — picking, packing, dispatching, delivery, returns
- Ensure SLA adherence across e-commerce and offline distribution
- Coordinate daily with couriers, trucking suppliers, warehouse teams, and retail logistics
- Improve packaging productivity, dispatch speed, and shipping cost efficiency
- Ensure proper handling of fragile, FDA-regulated, and beauty/cosmetic products
Marketplace & Retail Support
- Manage replenishment for all offline accounts (Watsons, SM Beauty, LOOK, RDS, distributors, hotels, clinics, etc.)
- Track door-level inventory, sell-through, and pullout schedules
- Support KAMs with stock availability, forecasting, and expansion planning
- Ensure readiness for trade executions, offline activations, and retail audits
Systems, Compliance & Reporting
- Maintain system integrity across OMS/WMS/ERP/Ginee/inventory databases
- Prepare weekly and monthly inventory performance reports for management
- Ensure accurate SKU master files, barcodes, product specifications, and batch traceability
- Ensure compliance with FDA labeling, storage, and handling guidelines
People, Leadership & Process Development
- Lead, train, coach, and evaluate inventory & fulfillment teams
- Create SOPs, workflows, and continuous improvement frameworks
- Monitor productivity, attendance, discipline, and morale within the team
- Work closely with E-Commerce, Offline Trading, Finance, Marketing, Warehouse, and HR
Risk Management
- Identify operational risks early — capacity, stock-outs, overstocking, expiries, damages, pilferage
- Implement preventive and corrective actions immediately
- Manage product quarantine, returns, replacements, and disposal processes
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 5–7 years solid experience in inventory, fulfillment, logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations
- Experience in beauty, FMCG, retail, e-commerce, or distribution is highly preferred
- Proven leadership and people-management experience
Technical Skills
- Advanced knowledge of:
- OMS, WMS, ERP, Ginee, Shopify, marketplace seller centers
- Forecasting, demand planning, replenishment modeling
- Excel/Google Sheets (pivot, VLOOKUP, formulas, dashboards)
- Data analysis, SKU rationalization, inventory valuation
- Strong understanding of:
- 3PL operations
- Pick-pack-ship processes
- Marketplace fulfillment policies
- FDA, BIR, documentation & compliance related to inventory

- ₱75,000 – ₱85,000 → highly skilled, 7–10 yrs+, can manage forecasting, systems, supply chain planning, SOP building
