We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supply Chain Supervisor to join our team at Advance Beyond International Consulting Inc. in Santa Rosa City, Laguna. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness and timely delivery of goods and services to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and coordinate the flow of materials, products and information throughout the supply chain
• Oversee inventory control, procurement, warehousing and distribution activities
• Analyze supply and demand patterns to forecast future needs and optimize inventory levels
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers and logistics partners to negotiate contracts and resolve any issues
• Implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives to enhance supply chain performance
• Monitor and report on key supply chain metrics to drive continuous improvement
• Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a supply chain supervisory or management role, preferably within the manufacturing, transport or logistics industry
• Excellent knowledge of supply chain management principles, including inventory control, procurement, warehousing and distribution
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements
• Proficient in using supply chain management software and data analysis tools
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations or a related field
