OSP Team Leader

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the installation, construction, and maintenance of fiber optic cable networks.
• Oversee cable laying, routing, securing, and organization of fiber optic lines.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure timely resolution of network issues.
• Lead repair and restoration activities for fiber optic cable systems.
• Coordinate with fiber optic technicians during splicing, testing, and related works.
• Monitor installation and replacement of network accessories in manholes and pole structures.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper work procedures on-site.
• Utilize fiber optic testing tools and equipment to support maintenance and troubleshooting activities.
• Drive company vehicles for site operations, ensuring proper handling of personnel, tools, and materials.
• Perform basic vehicle checks and ensure proper condition before and after field deployment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in fiber optic cable installation, construction, or maintenance.
• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or team lead role in field operations.
• Strong knowledge of fiber optic network systems and installation processes.
• Familiarity with fiber optic testing and maintenance tools and equipment.
• Ability to lead field teams and coordinate multiple site activities.
• Valid driver’s license with experience in operating light vehicles.
• Willing to work on field assignments across different project sites within NCR.
• Safety-conscious, responsible, and detail-oriented.
