Supervisor

We’re looking for a Store Supervisor to join our team and help drive day-to-day store operations, support staff, and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
What You'll Do:
- Supervise and motivate the store team
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalations
- Assist in achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Oversee inventory management and visual merchandising
- Support store opening/closing and daily operations
- At least 2 years of retail experience, with 1 year in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Organized, dependable, and customer-focused
- Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays
