Dealer Sales Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Dealer Sales Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and supporting the dealer sales team to achieve sales targets, strengthen dealer relationships, and expand the company's distribution network.

• Supervise, coach, and motivate the Dealer Sales Team to achieve individual and team sales objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers while identifying opportunities to acquire new dealer accounts.
• Monitor dealer sales performance, inventory movement, and market trends to recommend strategies that improve sales and profitability.
• Analyze sales reports, forecasts, and market data to identify business opportunities and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
• Monitor competitors' activities, pricing, and market developments and provide relevant market intelligence to management.
• Handle escalated dealer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field.
• At least 3-4 years of supervisory experience in Dealer Sales, Channel Sales, Distribution, or a related sales environment.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
