Job Description
- Overall in-charge of the station
- Supervise and coordinates activities of cashier and pump attendant
- Prepare work schedule
- Control inventory and receiving of deliveries
- Prepare Sales report, reconcile daily/weekly and other reports as per require by the management
- Train new and existing staff
- Report all problems that may encounter within the station and recommend solution to addressed the concerns
- Implement measures to improve worker motivation, performance and customer service.
- Preferably with experience in handling Gas Station
- Willing to be assigned in Jadeblue Gas Station, Quirino Highway Bagbag, Quezon City
- Can start immediately
