Store Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily workshop operations,

ensuring efficient workflow, quality service delivery, and proper coordination between

technicians, mechanics, installers, and support staff. The role ensures that all vehicle

services are completed on time, according to company standards, safety protocols,

and customer expectations.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Supervise daily operations of the workshop, ensuring smooth workflow across

all service bays and teams.

● Assign and monitor tasks for mechanics, installers, and technical staff based on

job orders and priorities.

● Ensure all vehicles are properly scheduled, processed, and completed within the

agreed timelines.

● Review and approve job orders before work begins to ensure completeness and

accuracy.

● Monitor progress of all ongoing jobs and ensure alignment with service

timelines and customer commitments.

● Ensure proper documentation of all work performed, including updates,

changes, and additional requests.

● Coordinate with the Sales and Service Advisors regarding job status, delays, or

additional requirements.

● Conduct final inspection of completed vehicles to ensure quality standards are

met before release.

● Ensure all services meet company standards for workmanship, finish, and

customer expectations.

● Identify defects, rework requirements, or quality issues and ensure corrective

actions are taken immediately.

QUALIFICATIONS:

● Bachelor's Degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering,

Industrial Technology, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

● TESDA NC II or higher certification in Automotive Servicing or related

technical field is an advantage.

● Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in automotive workshop operations,

service supervision, or technical team leadership.
