Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily commissary operations and food production
• Ensure food quality, safety, and sanitation standards are followed
• Manage inventory, stocks, and purchasing of supplies
• Monitor production schedules and delivery coordination to branches
• Supervise commissary staff and ensure productivity
• Maintain proper documentation, reports, and cost control
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standard procedures

Qualifications:

• A graduate of any business, food-related, or hospitality course is an advantage
• With experience in commissary, food production, or restaurant operations management
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Knowledgeable in inventory, food safety, and operational procedures
• Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision
• Willing to work flexible schedules

Work Location: Project 8, Quezon City

Salary: 30k to 40k (can be higher depending on your skills and qualifications)
