*Core Responsibilities*
- *Optimize & Deliver*: Plan prompt, safe, and cost-effective dispatch routes to meet transport cost targets
- *Master the Cold Chain*: Monitor strict temperature compliance and food safety transport rules to guard product integrity
- *Lead the Fleet*: Oversee asset tracking, vehicle maintenance, and delivery reporting
- *Command & Control*: Handle crisis management and resolve transit challenges quickly
- *Inspire the Team*: Provide active supervisory leadership to your dispatch crew
*Qualifications & Experience*
- *Education*: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Customs Administration, Business Operations, or related field
- *Experience*: 3–5 years of supervisory experience in logistics, fleet management, or cold-chain distribution. Food industry experience is a major plus
- *Skills*: Expert geographical knowledge, route optimization skills, and deep familiarity with cold-chain regulations and 3PL management
- *Flexibility*: Ready to work a 6-day shifting schedule, including holidays
Location: Pasig, Metro Manila
Salary: ₱30,000 - ₱35,000 / month
