Position: Sales Supervisor

Location: East Ortigas, Philippines (Retail Menswear Shop)

Work Schedule: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Salary: PHP 30,000 – 35,000 (inclusive of performance-based commission)

Job Description:

The Sales Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, driving sales performance, and leading the sales team to achieve business targets. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and a results-driven mindset to ensure store success and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily sales operations of the retail store
• Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of targets
• Train, coach, and supervise sales staff to improve productivity and customer service
• Maintain store inventory, stock levels, and visual merchandising standards
• Analyze sales data and prepare weekly performance reports
• Ensure excellent customer service and overall store experience
• Implement strategies to increase sales and customer engagement

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in the retail industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Goal-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in sales performance tracking and reporting is an advantage

Language Requirement:

• Proficient in English and Filipino

Performance Expectations:

• Achieve 10–20% growth in store sales
• Improve inventory turnover rate
• Maintain staff turnover rate below 20%
• Increase average transaction value
