KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*
- *Fleet & Plant Leadership*: Oversee planning, deployment, utilization, and maintenance of heavy equipment + batching plants nationwide
- *Team Management*: Lead and mentor Motorpool Supervisors, Equipment Superintendents, and PM teams. Collaborate with Project Managers
- *Financial Stewardship*: Manage department budget, control labor/maintenance costs, optimize OPEX, and do lifecycle/ROI analysis
- *Asset Lifecycle Management*: Evaluate performance and decide on equipment acquisition, rehabilitation, replacement, or disposal
*QUALIFICATIONS*
- *Education & License*: Licensed Mechanical Engineer
- *Experience*: At least 15 years in heavy equipment management in construction. Minimum 10 years in senior leadership/managerial role
- *Technical Expertise*: Hands-on with diagnostics, preventive/corrective maintenance, and lifecycle management for excavators, bulldozers, graders, loaders, dump trucks, cranes, batching plants, asphalt equipment, rollers, generators, compressors
- *Skills*: Proficient in MS Office + CMMS/fleet management systems. Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- *Location*: Muntinlupa | *Level*: Full-time Senior Leadership Role
