• Task Delegation: Assigning daily duties to team members and coordinating tasks to ensure projects are completed on time.
• Scheduling: Creating and managing work schedules to ensure adequate coverage, handling shift swaps, and approving time-off requests.
• Quality Control: Monitoring the team's output to ensure it aligns with company standards, compliance requirements, and business goals

Team Management & Leadership

• Training & Onboarding: Guiding new hires through their orientation period, teaching job duties, and explaining company policies.
• Performance Evaluation: Tracking key performance metrics, setting individual goals, and conducting routine performance reviews.
• Coaching & Development: Providing continuous, constructive feedback and identifying opportunities for employee career advancement.
• Conflict Resolution: Acting as the first point of contact for employee disputes, grievances, or client-related escalations

Administration & Reporting

• Policy Enforcement: Ensuring team members adhere to company rules, industry regulations, and workplace safety protocols.
• Reporting: Documenting attendance, tracking incidents, and writing progress reports to share with senior management and Human Resources
