About the role

As a Store Manager at Western Appliances, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store located in RECTO BRANCH, MANILA. This is a full-time position that involves leading a team of sales associates to deliver an exceptional customer experience. The role is vital in ensuring the store operates efficiently and profitably while upholding our brand values.

What you'll be doing

• Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and financial reporting
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and performance goals
• Implement and monitor store policies, procedures, and merchandising standards
• Analyse sales data and identify opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with the regional and head office teams to execute marketing and promotional activities
• Ensure the store environment is clean, well-organised, and aligned with brand guidelines

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in the consumer products industry
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
• Proficient in data analysis and financial management, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Adaptable to change and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
• Proficient in the use of retail management software and point-of-sale systems
