1. Plans and project implementation for building improvement, plant's safety and energy savings.
2. Implements effective preventive maintenance schedule (PMS) for production machines and equipment, electric and pneumatic hand tools, company vehicles, generator set, air conditioning units, electrical and power lines and fire fighting equipment;
3. Schedules a regular inventory of all tools and equipment.
4. Ensure the implementation of 5S in the grounds, building/roofing, drainage maintenance and proper waste disposal
5. Ensure the healthy environment in the production area by maintaining and continuous

operation of the air pollution control devices such as dust collectors and

spray booths.

6. Ensure all company vehicles are in good condition, and properly maintain.
