POSITION TITLE: Service Center Officer-in-Charge

WORK LOCATION: One Ayala, Makati

WORK SETUP: Day Shift

SALARY: PHP 23k - PHP 24k

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in retail, service center, electronics, or gadget-related operations
• With supervisory or leadership experience (preferred)
• Knowledge or strong familiarity with Nintendo consoles and accessories is an advantage
• Strong organizational and inventory management skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to monitor repair units, parts, and documentation
• Computer literate (MS Office, email, reporting systems)
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
• Able to handle escalated customer concerns professionally
• Willing to be assigned at One Ayala, Makati

• Oversee daily service center operations
