The Trainer Supervisor oversees training of newly hired Product Masters and update and educate the PM regarding the company’s latest products. This position’s goal is to promote efficiency and competitive advantage by developing the skills of personnel.

Duties and responsibilities

· Will be responsible for developing, localizing training materials to be cascaded to sales team and distributors and dealers

· Will be responsible for developing compliance procedure (audit activities) for promoters, area sales coordinators and merchandisers

· Will be assisting to CHECK and VERIFY brand visibility materials within audit covered area

· Conducts Store visits for promoter’s performance checking

· Organizes training activities, prepares cost planning, venue, area coverage. Coordinates with Area Sales Coordinators for Promoter training.

· Develop classroom and online training and assessment materials to be used to engage and assess promoter working knowledge. Submits DAILY/WEEKLY / MONTHLY Reports

· Reports directly to Regional Manager for the directions and plans for the region

· Coordinate with Trainer Manager for training contents and directions.

· Assist HR in hiring and evaluate the sales applicants

· Conducts product training, soft skills and management skills for promoters, area sales coordinators, regional sales managers, dealers, corporate partners, and distributors.

· Helps ensure promoters are ready during New Product Launches, Price Drops, marketing promotions and events execution

· Regularly updates social media contents related to promoter engagements, sales strategy, best practices, best promoter awards etc.

· Act as speaker/host during mall activations, product launches.

· Studies all TECNO products and developing KSP, FABE, and Sales step process for promoters including smartphone navigation

· Regularly updates WAPP analysis (Competitor Reports) on a weekly basis.

· Assist Sales Data Analysis as per need basis

Qualifications

· Training Supervisor must be college graduate.

· Must have experience in mobile phone or IT industry and is able to manage dealers, Area Sales Coordinators training activities.

· Able to use google drive - google sheet, google forms, Zoom video conference, Skype for online training

· Can-Do-It attitude! Sets personal strategy and output to hit target and meet deadlines. Never complacent

· Proficient in using word, excel and Power point, Photoshop, video editing tools for reports & training module localization

· Candidate must be compliant, able to conduct work with minimal supervision, can manage his/her team well to achieve targets

· Candidate must not have any criminal records, negative issues from previous employer & has not violated the non-compete agreement.

· Work is six (6) times a week, Rest day is SUNDAY.

· Candidate must have high communication skills both in oral and written. "INFO-TRAINER" charisma
