- Oversee daily operations and staff performance.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Provide training, support, and guidance to team members.
- Monitor workflow and productivity levels.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions.
- Resolve conflicts and address employee concerns promptly.
- Facilitate communication between management and staff.
- A graduate of Hospitality Management, or any Business related courses
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the Food and Beverage Industry/ Restaurant
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Must be good at delegating duties and responsibilities
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members
- Strong problem-solving skills to address operational challenges promptly and effectively
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
