Responsibilities

The Retail Sales Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, driving sales performance, and leading the sales team to deliver excellent customer service. This role ensures that sales targets are met, store standards are maintained, and team members are motivated and well-trained.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in retail operations, specifically in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Familiarity with sales reporting, performance analysis, and compliance with company and government
• Knowledge of inventory systems, receiving procedures, stock rotation, and loss prevention.
• Great customer service skills including upselling and resolving customer complaints effectively.
