Qualifications

• Undergraduates/College Graduates
• Must have at At least 2+ years of experience as a Team Lead in any LOBs (preferably in retail domain) and must be in a contact centre experience. No Team Lead experience in BPO should be rejected.
• Prior exposure to UK Banking or other collections verticals
• Minimum of 2 years in collections operations and team handling
• Excellent verbal & written communication & presentation skills
• Strong knowledge of the collections domain, including processes and bucket flows
• Should not be a current or former employee of Wipro
• Must be living within Cebu
• Must not be a job hopper who only works for less than a year for several companies
• Should be amenable to attend for an onsite Operations Interview in Cebu City
