- Interacts with customers and acts as a role model to the cashiers in providing a positive customer experience. Ensures and maintains a positive work environment for all cashiers.
- Maintains schedule for cashiers and ensures coverage for all shifts.
- Operates registers and performs general checkout functions when the cashier is not available.
- Trains newly hired cashiers on cashiering procedures and company policies.
- Responsible of getting new product information and training paperwork to cashiers; orients cashiers on new products.
- Bachelor's degree in business management, operations management or in similar field.
- At least 1 year supervisory experience preferably in the same industry.
- Work location is in Cebu Metropolitan
