- With experience in resort, hotel, or hospitality operations management
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills

- Willing to be assigned in Silang, Cavite
- Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and extended hours when needed
Responsibilities:
-Promptly addressing and resolving guest issues, complaints, and special requests to ensure a memorable stay
-Conducting regular inspections of the lobby, dining areas, and rooms to ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards are met.
