Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting activities, including payables, receivables, general ledger, and month-end closing.
• Prepare and review financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and company policies.
• Work with the finance team to improve accounting processes and internal controls.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support management decisions.
• Lead and guide accounting staff to maintain a productive and positive work environment.
• Assist in special tasks and projects as required.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related discipline.
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certification.
• At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in accounting management, ideally in the retail sector.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and developing accounting teams.
