- Manage and oversee operations, including staff performance, inventory control, and customer service standards at Alonra's Coffee Corp.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the food and beverage industry.
- Drive sales and profitability through effective team leadership and by fostering a culture of excellence and hospitality.
- Maintain high-quality product standards by supervising brewing and beverage preparation.
- Train new employees and provide ongoing training and support to all staff.
- Collaborate with management to implement promotional strategies and improve customer engagement.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Experience Level: Open to Fresh Graduates/Students willing to learn and grow into the role.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, ability to work in a team, problem-solving aptitude, and a foundational understanding of sales management.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee daily operations, ensure team performance, provide training, and meet sales targets. Maintain a positive environment and manage any issues that arise.
