Qualifications

* Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Engineering

* No PRC license required

* At least 3 years of relevant experience in residential and/or commercial fit-out projects

* Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously

* Strong project planning, scheduling, and coordination skills

* Excellent communication and leadership abilities

* Willing to travel to project sites within Metro Manila and CALABARZON

Key Responsibilities

* Manage residential and fit-out projects from planning to turnover

* Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and project teams

* Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality, and site progress

* Ensure timely completion while maintaining company standards

* Prepare project reports and resolve on-site issues efficiently
