• Assist in overseeing day-to-day site activities related to architectural and interior 

fit-out works.

• Review and interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings, and material 

submittals for site implementation.

• Monitor construction work to ensure adherence to approved drawings, 

specifications, quality standards, and design intent.

• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site engineers to resolve 

technical issues and design discrepancies.

• Conduct site inspections and prepare snag lists, punch lists, and follow-up 

reports.

• Support material approvals, mock-up inspections, and sample verifications on 

site.

• Liaise with the design team for clarifications, revisions, and design updates.
• Track site progress and assist in preparing daily/weekly site reports
• Perform other related tasks as may be assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in architectural, interior fit-out, or construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, materials, and site implementation.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to support site inspections and quality checks.
• Willing to work onsite (Pedro Gil, Manila) and adapt to fast-paced project requirements.
