Description

The Live Host Operations is responsible for managing, supporting, and monitoring live stream hosts to ensure smooth and effective livestream sessions. This role involves coordinating schedules, tracking performance, assisting hosts during live sessions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and platform guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and support live stream hosts during their livestream sessions.

-Coordinate and manage the livestream schedule of hosts.

-Ensure hosts follow company guidelines and platform policies during live broadcasts.

-Track and report host performance, including livestream hours, engagement, and sales results

- Assist hosts with technical or operational concerns during livestreams.

- Conduct regular check-ins or meetings with hosts to address concerns and provide guidance.

- Coordinate with other departments such as marketing, KOL team, or management for livestream campaigns and activities.

- Provide training and onboarding support for new live hosts.

- Ensure hosts meet required KPIs and working hours.

- Prepare reports related to livestream operations and host performance.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

- Experience in livestreaming operation management.

- Strong communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to manage multiple hosts and schedules efficiently.

- Familiarity with livestream platforms (TikTok, Shopee, Facebook Live, etc.) is a plus.

- Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
