Retail Operations Manager (Mobile / Consumer Electronics)

Responsibilities:

1. Sales Performance Management

• Develop and implement monthly sales plans to achieve sales targets.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales achievement, ASP, DOS, and installment sales performance.
• Analyze sales data and implement improvement actions to enhance results.
• Lead new product launches and ensure strong sales performance during launch periods.

2. Retail Operations Management

• Implement and maintain store SOPs, including merchandising, inventory control, customer service, and staff training.
• Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure operational standards are met.
• Ensure stores maintain a professional image and deliver a positive customer experience.

3. Store Expansion Management

• Execute store expansion plans in line with company growth objectives.
• Identify new store opportunities and support the successful opening of new locations.

4. Team Leadership and Development

• Manage and support regional retail teams, including RSHs, RSSs, and store personnel.
• Lead and develop promoter teams to improve sales performance and customer engagement.
• Provide regular coaching, training, and performance management to strengthen team capabilities.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 1 year of experience as a National Retail Manager in the mobile phone industry, or 3 years of experience in a National Retail Manager role within a comparable consumer electronics or retail industry.
2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large-scale retail operations.
3. Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
4. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team development capabilities.
5. Experience in retail network expansion and multi-store management is highly preferred.
