*The Role*
*Store Development Staff / Leasing Staff* - Head Office, Pasay City
*Schedule*: Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Weekends off
*Main work:*
1. *Leasing & Negotiation*: Talk to developers, negotiate rates/terms for commercial spaces
2. *Documentation*: LOI, brand profiles, lease contracts, filing
3. *Permits & Compliance*: Handle permits for operations + mall/building requirements
4. *Site Work*: Ocular visits to check traffic, visibility, accessibility
5. *Monitoring*: Track renewals and existing leases
*What they want*
- *Education*: Bachelor’s degree, any field
- *Skills*: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint + good business writing
- *Traits*: Strong communicator, multitasker, independent
*Compensation*
