Description
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure high standards of customer service.
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff to achieve operational goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment.
- Implement store policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports to inform business decisions.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience Level: 1–3 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong Work Ethic, Excellent Communication Skills, Customer Service Orientation
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage day-to-day operations effectively
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
