Ensure efficient and profitable operation of the retail station by leading the team, delivering excellent customer service, maximizing sales opportunity, maintaining inventory

accuracy, and upholding company standards in order to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities

• Monitor operational efficiency, sales performance, and fuel inventory management

• Conduct Dealer’s Quarterly performance evaluation.

• Monitor and coordinate with Credit and collection for the resolution and compliance of dealers with payment violation

• Qualifies Dealers Applicant for CODO

• Oversee compliance to Inventory management, governmental permits, forecourt standard procedures and station appearance.

• Recommends promotions and marketing strategy for the station.

• Does spot Station visit.

• Accept New station turn over from Site Development.

• Recommends rehabilitation requirements of the station.

• Attends to Station Opening and recommend opening promos and program.

• Responsible to guide, develop and support team members through effective coaching

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or any related field.

• Additional training in Retail Operations, Petroleum Management, or Supply Chain is an advantage.

• At least 3–5 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in petroleum, fuel stations, convenience stores, or FMCG.

• Experience in managing multiple retail sites or supervising station operations is highly preferred.

• Proven track record in sales improvement, cost control, and operational efficiency.
