We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Retail Sales Operations Manager to oversee store operations, drive sales performance, and ensure excellent customer experience across retail locations. This role is responsible for optimizing processes, managing teams, and achieving business targets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in retail operations, specifically in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Strong understanding of daily retail operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory control, and staffing.
• Familiarity with sales reporting, performance analysis, and compliance with company and government regulations.
• Great customer service skills including upselling and resolving customer complaints effectively.
• Experience in supervising, scheduling, and training retail staff.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Knowledge of inventory systems, receiving procedures, stock rotation, and loss prevention.
