Job description:

· Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets

· Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals

· Manage team scheduling to ensure smooth daily operations

· Review and approve team requests (e.g., leaves, discounts, and operational needs)

· Monitor performance and prepare regular sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly)

· Track KPIs and provide coaching and feedback to improve team productivity

· Train, onboard, and continuously develop sales team members to enhance product knowledge, selling skills, and customer service

· Ensure consistent and high-quality customer experience across all sales channels

· Coordinate with marketing and other teams for campaign execution and product promotions
