- Lead and manage all aspects of store operations to ensure profitability, efficiency, and compliance with company standards.
- Maximize profitability by controlling costs, minimizing waste, reducing shrinkage, and managing clearance strategies.
- Supervise, train, and motivate store staff to perform at their best; ensure clear communication of company policies, procedures, and performance expectations.
- Monitor and manage operational expenses with a strong focus on cost-effectiveness.
- Handle escalated customer concerns, resolve issues efficiently, and uphold service excellence.
- Implement company directives and support the execution of new initiatives and tasks assigned by leadership.
