• Train sales assistants, product specialist and assistant store supervisors on effective customer service techniques and monitor their interactions with customers.
• Oversee the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
• Set sales goals and targets for the store and work with the team to achieve them.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members and provide feedback on areas of improvement.
