About the Expansion Plan

JINS Philippines currently has 8 branches in Metro Manila

The plan is to expand to 15 branches within the next 2–3 years, which means approximately 1 new store opening every 3 months.

Expansion will primarily focus on Metro Manila, so long-distance business trips or overnight stays are not expected in the short term (though this may change in later phases of expansion).

There is also a mid-term plan to expand to Cebu (up to 3 malls), but the focus remains Metro Manila.

Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and driven Store Manager to lead one of our JINS Philippines retail stores. The ideal candidate does not necessarily need prior experience in the eyewear industry but must have a solid background in retail operations, a love for customer service, and a genuine interest in the retail business.

This role is ideal for someone in their late 20s to early 30s who is eager to grow, develop their career, and take on new challenges in a dynamic and expanding international brand.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth and efficient workflows.

Lead, motivate, and train store staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales goals.

Monitor sales performance, inventory, and store profitability.

Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high visual merchandising standards.

Coordinate with the Head Office for store promotions, events, and inventory planning.

Handle customer inquiries and feedback in a professional manner.

With experience as a Store Manager in Retail.

At least have experience managing a retail store.

No specific educational background is required, but candidates should be able to communicate in English to some extent.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
