What You'll Do

• Oversee the daily operations of the assigned gas station.
• Plan work schedules and supervise Gas Attendants and Cashiers.
• Ensure all staff comply with company policies, operational procedures, and safety standards.
• Monitor fuel and store inventory and coordinate replenishment when needed.
• Prepare daily sales reports, shift-end reports, cash reconciliations, and other required operational reports.
• Train, coach, and monitor the performance of new and existing employees.
• Maintain excellent customer service and ensure smooth station operations at all times.

What You Bring to the Table

• Bachelor's degree in any four-year course.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• At least one (1) year of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in retail, food, fuel, or other customer service-related industries.
