Project Management

1. Lead and supervise the construction and installation of TECNO exclusive stores.

2. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.

3. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with design and safety requirements.

4. Manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.

Cost & Budget Management

1. Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for store construction and fit-outs.

2. Monitor expenses, track variances, and implement cost-control measures.

3. Review and approve quotations, invoices, and progress billings from vendors and contractors.

Billing & Financial Processing

1. Handle end-to-end billing process for store projects, including validation of invoices and billing documents.

2. Ensure accurate and timely submission of billings to Finance for payment processing.

3. Maintain proper documentation of contracts, billings, and payment records for audit and compliance purposes.

4. Reconcile project expenses and report budget utilization.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business or Marketing Management, or any related field.

Experience:

1. At least 2–3 years in retail expansion, construction project management, or mall operations.

2. Experience in retail, mall, or commercial spaces is a strong advantage.

Technical Skills:

1. Knowledge in construction processes, repair and maintenance work, and site development.

2. Proficient in reading architectural plans and technical drawings.

3. Skilled in project scheduling, budgeting, and cost estimation.

4. Familiarity with ingress/egress procedures and mall coordination protocols.

Soft Skills:

1. Strong negotiation and communication skills, especially when dealing with suppliers, contractors, and mall admins.

2. Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and organizational skills.

3. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

4. Proactive, hands-on, and can work independently or with minimal supervision.

Other Requirements:

1. Willing to do fieldwork, site oculars, and inter-mall travel as needed.

2. Must be willing to work on extended hours during store ingress/egress or urgent repairs.
