About the role:

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our expanding team in Pampanga as a Store Manager Trainee. This full-time role offers the chance to build a fulfilling career in retail management. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will receive extensive training to prepare you for a leadership position within our vibrant and fast-paced organization.

What you'll be doing:

• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience
• Oversee store operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and visual merchandising
• Provide coaching and support to store team members to drive sales and productivity
• Contribute to the development and implementation of store-level marketing and promotional strategies
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the overall efficiency of store operations
• Handling customer complaints and queries in a professional and timely manner
• Sourcing, hiring, training, and managing subordinates
• Preparing detailed reports on a weekly and monthly basis

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree holder in Business Administration or any relevant field; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems
• A passion for the retail industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
• Minimum of 6 months of experience working in a retail apparel environment is an advantage.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Willing to be assigned and relocated to nearby Giordano branches.(SM City Pampanga, SM City Clark, Marquee Mall, SM City Telabastagan)

Training Shop (3 months):

• SM City Pampanga

Schedule:

Probationary Period: 6-day work week (Store Manager Trainee)

Upon Regularization: 5-day work week (1 rest day on weekdays, 1 rest day on weekends)
