Description
- Oversee daily operations of the store, ensuring efficient management and customer satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of sales associates to optimize performance and productivity.
- Manage inventory levels and implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize sales.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and drive repeat business.
- Analyze sales data and report on performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Business Management or related field
- Experience Level: 3–5 years in retail management
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and communication skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Proven ability to manage a team and drive sales growth
- Working Conditions: Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Qualities and Traits: Customer-focused with a positive attitude
