Description
- Oversee daily operations of the store and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Manage staff by providing training, supervision, and performance evaluations.
- Analyze sales data to drive improvement strategies and maximize profitability.
- Maintain high customer service standards to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Handle inventory management, ordering, and stock replenishment.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in business or management is preferred.
- Experience Level:1–3 years of retail management experience.
- Skills and Competencies:Strong leadership and team management skills; excellent communication abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties:Ability to multi-task and respond to operational challenges effectively.
- Qualities and Traits:Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Working Conditions:Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
