Store Clerk / SAM

Job Function:

• Receiving & Inspection: Receive, unload, and inspect incoming raw materials, parts, and supplies against purchase orders and shipping manifests.
• Store & Inventory Control: Organize, bin, and store items safely in designated warehouse locations; maintain inventory accuracy through regular physical stock counts and audit logs.
• Materials Issuance & Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and issue tools, spare parts, and materials to internal departments or external clients based on approved requisition requests.
• Materials Handling & Logistics: Safely operate equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks) to load/unload transport vehicles and transfer heavy materials across the facility.
• Documentation & Record Keeping: Log all stock movements, goods received notes (GRN), and dispatch documents into the inventory management system.
• Housekeeping & Safety Compliance: Keep storage areas, aisles, and staging zones clean, orderly, and fully compliant with workplace safety standards.
