Core Responsibilities

1. HQ Alignment (New Priority)

● High-Speed Communication: Act as the primary contact for the Main Office. You must respond quickly to all HQ inquiries and directives.

● SOP Compliance: Strictly implement and maintain all Main Office Standards (SOPs) to ensure the brand vision is executed perfectly.

● Administrative Precision: Meet all deadlines for Purchase Orders (e.g., 4:00 PM cut-off), POS updates, and financial reporting.

2. Operational & Financial Leadership

● Financial Control: Take full charge of store cash, daily expenses, and the "Daily Express Fund. Ensure labor and food costs are controlled effectively.

● Marketing Execution: Drive sales by actively executing HQ marketing promotions and pushing for higher customer conversion.

● Quality Assurance: You are fully accountable for drink quality, store cleanliness, and overall customer satisfaction.

3. Team Management (HR)

● Manage staff attendance, punctuality, and weekly scheduling.

● Ensure the team follows the Cashier Operations SOP, including correct receipt issuance and EOD reconciliation.

Requirements

● Experience: Proven background in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry with a focus on team management.

● Tech Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; comfortable using POS systems and digital communication tools for HQ reporting.
