Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store activities to ensure all operational and sales objectives are met.
• Act as a lead on the sales floor, driving performance, and providing real-time coaching to the sales team.
• Maintain high standards for visual merchandising and ensure 100% accuracy in inventory management.
• Assist in store-level reporting and ensure strict execution of partner programs and company sales guidance.
• Deliver a premium customer experience and resolve complex inquiries with a service-oriented mindset.
• Assume full responsibility for store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent professional experience).
• Proven track record in Retail Sales, Customer Service, or Customer Relations.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) with excellent presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with retail POS/inventory systems.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Experience managing or representing Premium FMCG or high-end retail brands.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and sales data.
• A "team-first" attitude with a high level of motivation to tackle retail challenges.
