What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver excellent customer service and resolve concerns.
  • Work towards sales targets and manage cash.
  • Oversee in-store marketing and ensure proper display of materials.
  • Train, mentor, and manage your team.
  • Ensure salon cleanliness, organization, and security.

Requirements

  • 6 months to 1 year of Management Trainee/OIC, Team Lead, Supervisory or Managerial experiences-
  • Experience in Beauty and Wellness Industry or Retail is an advantage
  • College graduate/at least college level/graduate of any 2-year course
  • Customer service oriented
  • With team management skills
  • Sales oriented
  • Amendable to work in a mall working hours
