Description

As a Store Manager, you will oversee all aspect of store operations to ensure profitability, customer satisfaction, and a positive work environment. Your primary goal will be to drive sales, manage inventory, and lead a team of retail associates to deliver exceptional service and achieve business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase profitability, including merchandising, promotions, and upselling techniques.
  • Create and maintain a welcoming and visually appealing store environment that reflects the brand image.
  • Train and develop staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and operational procedures to enhance performance and promote career growth.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and address any performance issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards to maintain a safe and secure work environment.
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively, striving to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the operations manager to implement corporate initiatives, communicate store performance, and contribute to strategic planning.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports, budget forecasts, and other operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Previous retail management, e-commerce sales, project management, or a similar role experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques.
  • Flexible schedule availability.
  • Willing to work in Binondo Manila
