Description

  • Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, assist with inquiries, and provide information about services offered.
  • Assist customers with drop-off and pick-up of laundry, explaining pricing and service options as needed.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of laundry supplies and products, restocking as necessary, and placing orders for new inventory.
  • Shop Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the store, including the laundry area, waiting area, and restrooms.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate laundry machines and equipment safely, following all operational guidelines.

Requirements

  • No education required
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
